We are happy to announce that we are growing. Please welcome Anders Svanborg Kjeldsen, educated filmmaker, he has worked with us for almost a year before we talked him into joining permanently. We are very happy that he is finally joining and making us stronger.

Zine workshop during Nordisk film festival
We are hosting a zine workshop during Nordisk film festival. The workshop will evolve around this years theme “Home, Homeless”. The workshop is open thursday 3rd and friday 4th, all is welcome to join.
Another open zine workshop
We are teaming up with huset to host a zine workshop during Kulturnat Aarhus. The workshop will evolve around the theme “Re-think Aarhus” and will take place at huset October 14th from 19:00 ... You can se the invitation here (in danish)
Graphic Facilitation workshop in Vienna
We have teamed up with Vienna based consultant company Freims. They are arranging a 2 day workshop in graphic facilitation that we are leading. We are looking very much forward to working with them. The workshop will take place in HUB Vienna october 20th & 21st.

We are finishing up our first fully hand drawn animation
We are working on finishing our first fully hand drawn animation. The animation is 600 drawings and counting and we are looking very much forward to showing it.
Zine workshop with Fordommens Carnavalesque
We are setting up a debat and dialog Zine Workshop about prejudices at Mølleparken in Aarhus. Its a sideproject to a theater show, set up to put fokus on peoples prejudices to each other. So go see the show and come to the debat tent afterwards and get YOUR opinion in the ZINE.

Sideprojects at NorthSide
We were invited to do a Zine Workshop at the Northside festival in Aarhus this weekend. We had some very nice days and a lot of contributions were made. We are working on compiling and printing the zine so keep your eyes out for the e-version and where to find the printed limited edition. Overspring.dk visited us at the workshop and this small video came out of it. Enjoy.

Side projects Hardware
Huset has giving us a really nice industrial printer. We can’t waint to start mass producing zines with it!

This is the first Side projects flyer one shot zine.
It’s a 8 page zine created from one piece of paper and it’s full of goodies. Click on the picture to get it in high quality and try to make one yourself. The instructions for how to fold is just underneath
Our first national campaign is out!
Last Friday the first national we have worked on launched.
For the campaign we designed a poster and a powerpoint for the organization FYGO (foreningen af yngre gynækologer og obstetrikere). The purpose of the campaign is to create a better learning environment at the hospitals in Denmark.

The 9th of april Sideprojects are hosting a zineworkshop in Aarhus.
The workshop takes place at Mejlgade 35 from 11am - 5pm.

Finally the 4th zine is out! this is a kind of special edition print with some of the stuff that was created on the Zines in Jutlandia exhibition. A printed version of the Zine can be found at varies places around Århus.

Finally the Zines in jutlandia video is out. This is a video of the exhibition we did at Nybyggerne i Ridehuset. Our thanks go out to all the zine contributors, and all the people who stoped by our exhibition to read or make a zine of their own. We had a blast.
The TED talk is out.
Finally the Paul Natrop TED talk is out. The talk was giving November 27th at TEDx Bilbao.
It’s a really good talk and we really enjoyed creating the visuals for it. (by the way, we had nothing to do with the technical error)
The snow days are over
we are coming out of our hibernation to a 2011 with a lot of work ahead of us, and we are very exited.
The next couple of months we will create workshops within graphic facilitation, idea generation and zine making. Furthermore we will play with documentary making.
We still have some lose ends we need to tie. So expect the video from nybyggerne to be online soon, and the blog to get daily posts again. And don’t be surprised if you see a new zine laying around in Århus soon.
Open Zine Call for the next Sideproject Zine issue
As you might notice the theme is the same as the last zine call we did. The reason is that we haven’t received a lot of submissions last month, so we are extending the deadline to December 20th.
Insted of the theme “SideProjects” the December issue of the Sideprojects Zine will be a “special edition” created from some of the submissions we got last weekend at Nybyggerne I Ridehuset. Expect the Sideprojects Zine #4 to hit the streets in the beginning of next week.
Snow Days
We snowed in, and working on compiling the collaborative zine made at the settlers exhibition. The response was awesome, and we have some work cut out for us in the new year. You can see photos from the exhibition on our blog, we are in the process of editing a video shot at the exhibition. Also a heart felt thanks to all that have contributed their zines, we are sending you a little something in return.
Sideprojects and TED
Saturday November 27th Paul Natrop is speaking about Education at the TEDx Bilbao, surporting his speech is a keynote presentation created by Sideprojects. We will post the TED talk as soon as it’s released.

Zine Workshops
Sideprojects is, in connection to the Settlers event in Ridehuset, hosting three zine workshop.
A zine is a publication just like a magazine, but with emphasis on you and your ideas.
In these workshops we will help you create your own zine.

These workshop is a series of three workshops that we are hosting during the Settlers event on our spot in the 15th lot in Ridehuset.
Here we will also be having a zine library with more than 200 zines collected from all over the world - that you can be inspired from when you are about to make your own zine.

Zine #3 is out!
Finally the 3rd zine is out! this time the theme has bin “all about Aarhus” and as you can see more and more are contributing.
100 issues will be printed that we will leave in varies places in Aarhus.
Nybyggerne i Ride Huset
Side projects has been chosen to be a part of the art exhibition “Nybyggerne i Ride Huset” Here we will set up a zine libary for a week. The exhebition runs from November 16th - November 20th

We are on Store Torv
Our glass office is up and running on Store Torv, come by for a cup of coffee and a workshop.
The 2nd edition of the Side Projects Zine is out.
This time it’s not only us contributing, but a wide range of people around us. A printed version of the Zine can be found at varies places and will be handed out by us in person in Århus.

10. Oct - 15. Oct we will be using the 2017 glass container as our office. The container will be situated on Storetov in Århus. During the week we will offer open workshops and other cool experiences.
We have joined forces with Kulturnat Århus. During the next month we will be working with Kulturnat Århus in creating some cool and interesting events the 15th of October. Keep an eye on projects in progress to see what we are up to.
We have a bach of test prints of our postcard series and we wanted to share them. You will be able to find the test prints all over the city you just need to look for them. If you really really want some you can try and hit us a mail on info@sideprojects.dk
